Asia Landbest Properties Inc. once again successfully held its Annual Sales Awarding on February 26, 2026, at the First Cavite Industrial Estate (FCIE) in Dasmariñas, Cavite. The event gathered the company’s top-performing in-house sales agents for an evening of recognition, inspiration, and celebration.
The highly anticipated occasion honoured the remarkable achievements of individuals and teams who demonstrated exceptional performance, unwavering dedication, and a steadfast commitment to excellence throughout the year. The ceremony not only highlighted impressive sales milestones but also recognized the passion, perseverance, and teamwork that continue to drive the company forward. Top awardees also shared inspirational messages for all attendees, especially for their fellow in-house agents.
Annalyn Agan, a Platinum Awardee, shared how she rose above life’s challenges through her determination, faith, and the support of her team. She proudly celebrates not only her achievements as an awardee, but also the opportunity to have her own home.
“Ang lesson na natutunan ko huwag kang umasa sa iba - kailangan mo din magsikap para sa sarili mo , para kung mawala man sila - kayang kaya mong tumayo at lumaban sa buhay.”
Joining her as a Platinum Awardee is Yvonne Bonife, who is passionate and client-focused, leading with integrity, gratitude, and purpose.
“This award isn’t a finish line—it’s a powerful reminder to me that there’s always more to learn, more lives to touch, and more heights to reach. It’s a call to keep pushing boundaries, to keep innovating, and to keep lifting each other up as we grow.”
Rachelle Bayanay, another Platinum Awardee, talked her resilience, faith, and dedication to her craft. Her journey reflects not sales success, but a heart committed to growth, teamwork, and purpose.
“Huwag mong ikumpara ang iyong kabanata sa kabanata ng iba. May sarili kang panahon, may sarili kang takbo, at may sarili kang kwento. Ang mahalaga ay ang iyong katapatan sa iyong mga pangarap at ang iyong pagtitiwala sa iyong sariling kakayahan.”
The top agent and Double Platinum Awardee, Mishaville Tumaob, is known for her quiet strength and dedication. She is consistent and resilient, someone rises above every challenge and driven by purpose and genuine care for her clients.
“Hindi mo kailangan maging pinakamagaling para magtagumpay. Hindi mo kailangan maging pinakamatalino. Kailangan mo lang maging totoo sa ginagawa mo. Magtrabaho ka nang may integridad. At gawin mo ito hindi lang para sa sarili mo — kundi para sa mas malaking dahilan”.
The event also recognized Emily Dela Cruz, a Platinum Sales Manager Awardee, for her exceptional leadership and consistent result.
“Pahalagahan natin kung ano man mayroon tayo ngayon at sa mga nagawa natin kahapon, ipagpasalamat at bigyan natin ng value lahat ng ating nagawa at naging achievements sa atin. Maliit man o malaking bagay, matuto din tayong maging masaya at mag bigay ng value sa naging achievements ng ibang tao.”
Nerissa De la Pena, a Double Platinum Sales Manager Awardee, talked about the values unity, hard work, and growth as well as leading with both discipline and heart.
“Ang success naman ng isa ay success din nating lahat, so let’s continue to work together, aim higher, and keep learning. Sa trabaho naman nating ito, hindi lang naman para magkaroon tayo ng malaking kita or komisyon, kundi para makatulong din tayo sa mga taong nangangarap na magkaroon ng sariling bahay.”
Last but not the least was Mary Rachel Madrid, another Double Platinum Sales Manager Awardee and the Top Sales Manager, talked about maintaining a winning attitude while hitting massive milestones.
“This recognition reminds us that we are capable of more. Na kaya pa natin umangat, kaya pa natin ng mas maraming benta. Kaya pa nating tumulong sa iba.
