Asia Landbest Properties Inc. ("ALPI") was established in the year 2007. It is owned and managed by successful professionals with extensive experience in the real estate industry.
After a year of operations, Pag-IBIG Fund recognized ALPI as one of its accredited developers. Since then, it has partnered with Pag-IBIG Fund in providing affordable housing financing options to Filipinos.
Pioneer Project
ALPI launched its first project, Villa Elena, in the year 2008. The company developed five hectares of land into a carefully planned community.
The subdivision offered two house models: the Tanguile model, a townhouse unit and the Molave model, a single attached unit.
Continuing Commitment
Since then, the company has sustained robust growth, and is creating even more opportunities for Filipinos to own their own homes.
Two more projects have been conceptualized and created in the Cavite region to cater to the demands of the Philippine market for quality housing.
