April 4, 2025 – Makati City | The Pag-IBIG Fund proudly held its Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR) for the National Capital Region (NCR) for the year 2024 on April 4, 2025, at the Mayuree Ballroom, Dusit Thani Manila, Ayala Center, Makati City. The event, which took place from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, brought together valued stakeholders, partners, and key industry players to celebrate the Fund’s accomplishments and reaffirm its commitment to serving the Filipino people.
The StAR is one of Pag-IBIG Fund’s primary avenues for reporting its annual performance to its partners, in line with its steadfast commitment to good governance, transparency, and accountability. Through this event, the Fund showcases its continued growth, financial strength, and the collective success achieved through close collaboration with its stakeholders.
For the year 2024, Pag-IBIG Fund once again achieved historic milestones—reaching new record highs in housing loan takeouts, member savings, and net income. These accomplishments reflect not only the agency’s strong and prudent management, but also the unwavering support of its stakeholders in the region.
A key highlight of the event was the recognition of top-performing developers, employers, and other valued partners whose exceptional contributions have been instrumental in the Fund’s success. Among the honored awardees was Asia Landbest Properties Inc. (ALPI), which received the distinction of being the Top 9 Pag-IBIG Fund Accredited Developer in National Capital Region for Year 2024.
In addition to this, ALPI was conferred two special awards: the Highest Performing Accounts Ratio (PAR) which refers to the percentage of accounts taken out in the last 24 months prior to the date of application that are not in arrears for more than three months at the point of evaluation and the Highest Performing Loans Ratio (PLR) which reflects the percentage of all accounts taken out that remain in good standing overall. These awards are a testament to ALPI’s financial stewardship, commitment to sustainable housing, and dedication to supporting its homebuyers’ long-term success.
