Pag-IBIG has launched the Special Housing Loan Restructuring 2 (SHLR2) Program! The SHLR2 Program is a special opportunity to Pag-IBIG Housing Loan borrowers and installment buyers with missed payments, who may lose their properties due to foreclosure or cancellation.
Under this program, borrowers given the opportunity to renegotiate the terms of your loan and make it easier for them to pay your Pag-IBIG Fund Housing Loan. This is part of Pag-IBIG’s efforts to help members during these challenging times.
Borrowers can save their property through more affordable terms on their housing loan accounts and penalties on unpaid amortization will be completely waived.
